The main hub has three levels, with the majority of facilities housed on Level 2 (Departures). Shops, Duty-Free and Retail Outlets

Most of the airport's shops are located in the post-security area on Level 2, even though there is no duty-free as BOI is entirely domestic. There's an art gallery, newsagents and two multipurpose stores where you can pick up last minute travel items and souvenirs.

Bars, Cafés and Restaurants

Boise Airport's food court has a surprisingly varied range of restaurants to choose from including Mexican, Italian, BBQ and a delicatessen. The food court is located in the main hub on Level 3, in the post-security area. There is also a bar, grill and coffee shop on Concourse B, a coffee shop on Concourse C and a café in the pre-security area on Level 2.

Currency Exchange, Communications and Banking Facilities

Boise Airport has ATM machines on Level 2; one in the pre-security area and one in the post-security area of the main hub. A post office/FedEx counter is located beside the elevators on Level 2 and there are computers in the business center on Concourse C. Free Wi-Fi Internet access is provided throughout the terminal. Being a domestic airport, BOI has no currency exchange facilities and there are no banking counters.

Business and Conference Facilities

For regular photocopying and fax services, and Internet terminals, the small business corner on Concourse C will fulfill your requirements, while Boise Airport Snake River Conference Center on Level 3 has extensive facilities that can be used or reserved in advance, including conference rooms, onsite catering and the latest audio-visual equipment. Alternatively, there are hotels on Airport way that can be used as venues for conferences.

Disabled Facilities

Boise Airport (BOI) conforms to US standards regarding meeting the special needs of disabled passengers, with adapted toilets, telephones and ramps for comfort. There are also elevators with low-level buttons and wheelchairs are provided. Parking for the disabled is conveniently located outside the terminal and at each of the four parking lots.
